Griddle Fried Tofu Completely Oil Free

I was craving a fried egg sandwich the other day. I didn't want the heart clogging egg part, but the soft chewy texture that I remember enjoying back in the day. I started playing around with my Griddler to see what I could come up with. I didn't eggy taste, but I certainly nailed the chewy texture. It was all edible.
