Homemade Vegan Dinner Rolls and Oil Free

Back in 2011, I recorded a Homemade Dinner Rolls video.The dinner rolls were not vegan nor oil-free, and nether was I. This week, I decided to re-record my veganized version of these soft, delicious dinner rolls to show that living plant-based doesn't mean we have to go without our family favorites.

Plus check out what I looked like back in 2011, before I started living a whole food plant based lifestyle. I included a flashback snippet from my original dinner rolls recipe in this vid.

HERE'S ALL YOU NEED FOR THE ROLLS
2 1/4 teaspoons quick-acting active dry yeast
1 1/3 cup warm unsweetened plain soymilk (105º to 115ºF degrees)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 to 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Bake 375ºF convection oven, or 400ºF regular oven.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
