Leafy Green Black Bean Salad

Are you heading to an omnivore potluck this weekend? Take this hearty salad with you to ensure you'll have a healthy meal to eat. Be ready for others to ask for the recipe, too. It's that good. ;D

HERE'S ALL IT TAKES

DRESSING
4 oz. lemon juice
4 oz. lime juice
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon maple syrup

SALAD

1 (26.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed & drained
3 cups cooked brown rice
3 cups baby spinach & kale leaves
2 cups sweet corn
1 cup yellow onion
1 cup cilantro
2 celery stalks
1 red bell pepper
