Why and How I Went Plant Based Plus Me 5 Years Later

I receive hundreds of emails and messages from good people eagerly seeking information on how to improve their health.  One of the great questions they ask is "How did you transition to the plant-based lifestyle?"

On January 28, 2017,  I aired a live broadcast to tell my plant-based journey from its beginning and included how I brought my husband and kids on board with me.  In the end, I answered questions from the live online audience. I spliced the Q&A segment into a separate video entitled,  How I Roll Day to Day with Fan Q&A.  I encourage everyone who is curious or new to the plant-based way of eating to watch the video above along with the Q&A.

PLANT-BASED WELLNESS EDUCATION 
Once I experienced the life-changing benefits of living plant-based, I found my calling to coach and inspire those wanting to change their health and the health of the people around them.  In 2013, I earned a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation to deepen my knowledge of nutrition.  From 2015 to 2016, I studied and completed the Core Health & Wellness Coach Training Program from the Wellcoaches School of Coaching.  This program focused on the theory, principles, and practices of positive psychology to inspire and empower clients to take charge of their lives, their health, and their well-being.  Since then, I've been coaching, inspiring, educating, and energizing clients around the globe.
