Northern Beans Snack Dip & Sun Chips

Here's an oil-free, low-sodium, low-fat Northern Bean Snack Dip recipe I adapted from a Sun Chips recipe card. It's really delicious with Srirachi chili sauce drizzled on top!

2 cans white beans, drained & rinsed (Northern, Navy, Cannellini)
1 small onion, sliced
3-4 garlic cloves, sliced
1-2 teaspoons Braggs Liquid Aminos* OR 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Srirachi chili sauce (optional)

In a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, dry cook onion for 3 to 4 minutes until they start to brown on the edges. Add 1/4 cup hot water and garlic. Continue to cook onions until translucent & tender. You may need to add more water to keep onions from burning.

Use a food processor to blend the cooked onion, garlic, & beans. Season with liquid aminos and pepper. Garnish with Srirachi sauce.
