Pasta & Chikn in Velvety Cashew Sauce

This is definitely one of those recipes you want to pull out when your family needs a soul soothing comfort meal. I don't recommend making it a weekly dish, because of the rich cashew sauce, but it is worth making for special occasions.

Velvety Cashew Sauce

4 cups soaked cashews
3 cups water
1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon No-Chicken Base
1/2 teaspoon Hickory Liquid Smoke
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion granules

Blend until smooth. Pour over your favorite cooked pasta.
