Sweet & Zippy Raspberry Salad Dressing – Oil Free

I needed a homemade raspberry vinaigrette to drizzle over my spinach and strawberry salad. How did I avoid the fatty oil in the dressing? Watch the video and find out.

HERE'S ALL YOU NEED

1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons ground flaxseed + 1/2 cup water, set aside to thicken
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon salt
