After a long day of packing moving boxes, I was at a loss as to what to make for supper. There was a bag of shredded soy curls in the fridge crying out for a purpose and I had a hankering for pasta. That's when I pulled out the iPot and started throwing ingredients into the pot. I ended up making another version of the Chili Bean Macaroni I made a few weeks back.
