MUST TRY Nut-Free Tofu Mayo

For everyone looking for a deliciously thick, nut-free tofu mayo recipe.

HERE'S ALL YOU NEED
6-ounces firm tofu
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 large pitted date

Blend until smooth. Be patient, it takes several minutes to get there.
